TechBitcoin Core privacy fix lands in v32 code as v31 backport remains pending
Bitcoin Core merged a privacy change into its 32.x branch to prevent private-broadcast connections from being linked to ordinary node activity. The 31.x backport is still open, leaving users of the latest stable release, 31.1, waiting for the repair. Private broadcast is off by default.
