The Trump administration suspended Microsoft, Adobe and other tech firms from using the Permanent Labor Certification Program to seek green cards for foreign workers. Labor Secretary Keith Sonderling cited ongoing federal investigations. Microsoft said it would provide further information and that most of its employees are Americans.
