Kyiv’s three metro lines stopped during the evening rush hour on October 8 after voltage from external power sources fell, City Hall said. Escalators also stopped, and local Telegram channels reported interruptions to some tram and trolleybus services. The blue and green lines later began gradually resuming service at reduced frequency, while the red line remained closed.
