EconomyBank of Russia sets dollar rate at 85.42 rubles for October 9
The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate for October 9 at 85.4173 rubles, 6.38 kopecks lower than the previous rate. The euro rate fell 85.78 kopecks to 95.4709 rubles, while the yuan rate was set at 12.732 rubles, down 1.96 kopecks. The bank said official dollar and euro rates are based on banks’ reports of over-the-counter currency transactions.
