TechGoogle’s AI note-taking app transcribes meetings entirely offline

Google has released the experimental, free Google AI Edge Foresight app for macOS. It uses an on-device model to transcribe meetings and audio, summarize them, turn shorthand notes into polished notes, and answer questions using transcripts and connected local files. Google says the files, audio, and notes stay on the computer. The app is currently optimized only for Apple Silicon Macs.
