South Korean President Lee Jae Myung watched the first test launch of a domestically developed hypersonic glide vehicle. A presidential spokesperson said it separated from its booster, followed its planned flight path and hit the target. The test examined thermal protection, guidance and control systems, and low-altitude maneuverability.
