Trade in agricultural products and food within the Eurasian Economic Union grew about 20% in January-July 2026, Russian Deputy Agriculture Minister Maxim Markovich said. The turnover rose by more than 20% in 2025 to about $18 billion. Markovich also highlighted breeding, seed production, livestock productivity and higher-value goods as areas for cooperation.
