A Russian glide bomb struck a bus stop in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, on the morning of Oct. 8, killing 12 people, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. Governor Vadym Filashkin reported 14 others injured and condemned Russia for bringing death to Ukrainian cities. Russian forces had also shelled Donetsk settlements 31 times over the previous day.
