Russia’s Federal Security Service said two residents of the Trans-Baikal Region were detained on suspicion of preparing provocations during recent State Duma elections on instructions from Ukrainian intelligence agencies. One suspect was a precinct election commission member. The FSB said investigative and operational work is continuing.
