Kherson Region children’s ombudsman Irina Kravchenko called a Ukrainian drone attack on a car that killed Alexander Kolotun, a father of 13, and his 15-year-old daughter a monstrous crime against civilians and an act of terror by the Kiev regime. She said the actions could not be justified and those involved would eventually answer for them.
