Rosstat reported weekly inflation of 0.96% for September 29 to October 5, up from 0.12% the previous week. Consumer prices have risen 0.9% since October began, while annual inflation was 7.17% as of October 5. A 5.14% rise in monitored services prices was mainly driven by housing and utility rate indexation.
