Armada Acquisition Corp. II fell 50.3% on Tuesday to $19.20. Evernorth said an administrative delay moved its merger completion estimate from Oct. 7 to around Oct. 9, with trading of the combined company now expected around Oct. 12. It said the delay is not expected to affect closing.
