Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the Greater Eurasian Partnership welcomes all subregional organizations in Eurasia, as well as countries not belonging to any such group. He said the CIS, Eurasian Economic Union, Gulf Cooperation Council, OPEC and ASEAN are developing economic and transport cooperation, with the partnership intended to coordinate their programs and projects.
