WorldRussian losses to Ukrainian drones surge in early October, Madyar says

Robert Brovdi, commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, said Russian troops killed or wounded by Ukrainian drone strikes totaled 2,699 from Oct. 1-5. That was 39.7% above September’s comparable figure and 76.5% higher than August’s. The biggest rise was in the Dobropillia-Pokrovsk sector of Donetsk Oblast. The figures cover only losses attributed to his forces and cannot be independently verified.
