China’s PLA Southern Theater Command said a Philippine C-208 aircraft illegally entered the airspace over Huangyan Dao on Saturday without approval from the Chinese government. It said naval and air forces tracked the aircraft and warned it to leave, accusing Manila of seriously violating China’s sovereignty and risking unintended maritime and air incidents.
