Blockchain investigator ZachXBT says he posed as a crypto client to infiltrate a Chinese laundering syndicate, funding repeated stablecoin trades with 349,700 USDC. He alleges the network laundered over $1 billion for Lazarus Group and traced more than $12 million in Bybit exploit funds. Tether later froze 442,000 USDT linked to the cluster.
