Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Kyiv is deliberately continuing attacks on the Russian-controlled Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant and its infrastructure. She said Ukrainian troops used drones on October 4 to strike the plant’s laboratory and Administrative Building No. 2, about 200 meters from its power units, creating risks of a serious nuclear accident.
