Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, bought 334 Bitcoin between Oct. 1 and Oct. 4 at an average of $85,838.80, bringing its holdings to 848,000 BTC. It spent $176.3 million repurchasing about 1.77 million STRC preferred shares, taking total buybacks to roughly $1.45 billion, and proposed daily dividend accruals for its four US-listed preferred securities.
