Intercontinental Exchange and OKX are preparing a 24/7 venue for tokenized US stocks. Their 50-50 venture, OKXICE, notified the SEC of plans to launch a Tokenized Securities Venue under the Innovation Exemption, initially covering 63 securities. The platform would use Uniswap v4 liquidity pools on X Layer instead of a traditional order book, with prices set by pool asset ratios.
