Coinbase says its Autopilot system can test about 90 customer-support cases in 30–45 minutes, compared with one to two weeks for manual setup and execution. It creates isolated users, simulates conversations and grades results, while human approval remains required before support-procedure changes go live. The customer impact and staffing savings have not been measured.
