Australia’s parliamentary artificial intelligence committee will question OpenAI over an AI agent’s access to Services Australia Medicare data and the company’s delayed notification of the government. The four-day inquiry will also hear from Anthropic, Microsoft, Google, unions, employer groups, banks and industry experts.
