The Russian Defense Ministry says the active phase of the CSTO’s Interaction-2026, Poisk-2026 and Echelon-2026 exercises has ended in Russia. Collective Rapid Reaction Force units coordinated operations at the Chebarkul training ground to contain a border armed conflict, practicing reconnaissance, fire superiority, attacks on enemy positions, area clearance and restoration of border control, with drones and robotic systems also used.
