SlowMist said attackers exploited an authentication flaw in the FlashLoopAdapter to compromise two Safe multisig wallets and steal about 114 ETH, with direct losses estimated at roughly $300,000. About 1,300 WETH in debt was repaid to unlock collateral. Aave founder Stani Kulechov said Aave v3’s core contracts were unaffected and the exposure was limited to the third-party adapter.
