Western countries have prepared contingency plans to move their embassies from Kyiv if security conditions in the Ukrainian capital deteriorate further, The Guardian reported, citing two diplomatic sources. The missions could move to Lviv or eastern Poland. An unnamed diplomat said the situation was worsening rapidly, while Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko called it “very dramatic.”
