WorldUkraine returns 41 civilians from occupied territories via Volyn crossing, ombudsman says
Ukrainian ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said 41 citizens, including four children and five teenagers, returned from Russian-occupied territories through a Volyn border crossing in August and September. Some had been subjected to forced medical treatment or faced mobilization into Russia’s armed forces. Lubinets also warned that occupied Oleshky in Kherson Oblast is running critically short of food, with few residents able to evacuate.
