Strategy’s Bitcoin credit calculator generated an illustrative STRC price of $210.90 on Oct. 2, versus a displayed market-price input of $99.50. The formula uses a fixed dividend and a much smaller modeled Bitcoin credit spread, without explicitly valuing the issuer’s call option or future dividend resets. Strategy says the result is neither fair value nor a price target, and does not show that holders can realize either figure on demand.
