Ukraine received 2.9 billion euros from the European Union on Oct. 2 after completing reforms under the Ukraine Plan. The measures covered judicial integrity declarations, a new electricity market operator, gender pay-gap plans and traffic safety laws. President Volodymyr Zelensky said the timely support would bolster macro-financial stability and defense capabilities.
