Coinbase completed the migration of Coinbase International Exchange to Deribit on Oct. 1, leaving the former venue read-only. Affected non-US institutional clients must use new Deribit endpoints and API keys, adapt to daily settlement, and manage separate historical records. Open orders were canceled at the halt and must be recreated.
