CultureKanye West’s sold-out Russia concerts cancelled, organisers confirm

Organisers have confirmed that Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, will no longer perform at two sold-out concerts scheduled for 10 and 11 October at St Petersburg’s Gazprom Arena. Russia’s foreign ministry had called the shows unacceptable over his alleged “glorification” of Adolf Hitler. Ticket refunds will begin on 12 October.
