Ukraine’s armed forces shelled the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic 14 times over the past 24 hours, according to the DPR department documenting what it calls Ukraine’s war crimes. Two civilians were wounded, while two residential buildings, a bus, a minibus and two civilian infrastructure sites were damaged.
