US spot Bitcoin ETFs posted $148.7 million in net outflows on Sept. 30, ending nine straight positive sessions, with Fidelity’s FBTC accounting for most of the reversal. September still brought about $2.65 billion of inflows, lifting cumulative flows to roughly $57.7 billion—around $5 billion below the previous peak.
