A Saudi-led coalition accused the Iran-aligned Houthis of attacking a power distribution station in Medina that supplies the Prophet’s Mosque; the Houthis called the allegation a lie. In Taiz, Saudi-backed Yemeni government forces said they repelled a major Houthi assault and killed at least 30 fighters. Saudi Arabia also approved 224 million riyals in funding for the government.
