Russia’s processing sector grew by about 0.5% in the first eight months of the year, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said. He added that industrial output remained at last year’s level despite unprecedented external pressure and global economic turbulence, while mechanical engineering grew 6% and provided the strongest support.
