CultureBRICS+ Fashion Summit brings together representatives of half of world’s countries

The fourth BRICS+ Fashion Summit took place in Moscow from September 28 to 30, with experts from Russia and more than 60 other countries attending. Moscow’s culture department said the four editions have drawn representatives from over 100 countries, while this year’s discussions focused on how global economic, social and technological changes are affecting fashion.
