PayPay added Binance Pay on Sept. 30, allowing eligible overseas visitors to spend crypto balances at participating offline stores in Japan. The customer’s crypto is converted into yen at checkout and merchants receive yen. The service is unavailable to Japan residents, and eligibility depends on both the account and participating store.
