WorldPapal envoy says Moscow visit may help advance Russia-Ukraine POW exchanges
Cardinal Matteo Zuppi, the pope’s special envoy for Ukraine, said he hopes his September 28–30 visit to Moscow will help advance prisoner exchanges between Russia and Ukraine. He said discussions with Russian officials also covered missing people, family reunifications, civilian detainees and humanitarian conditions in places including Alyoshki.
