CultureNeon announces Creative Commons SCP Foundation movie, taking aim at A24

A24 angered a major horror community by announcing an SCP Foundation film without apparently contacting the SCP Wiki team or committing to its required Creative Commons licensing. Neon has now announced its own movie, saying it contacted the wiki team and will use the CC BY-SA license. The 2027 theatrical release is not an official SCP project; wiki staff will not write or produce it or receive compensation.
