French President Emmanuel Macron and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez welcomed the possibility of the United Kingdom rejoining the EU. Macron called a move in that direction “very good news” but said Britain could not pick only the parts of the bloc it wanted. UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham said several options should be considered, including going all the way back.
