Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev said at a Brussels defense and space summit that no one in the EU was raising the risk of a nuclear conflict with Russia over arms supplies to Ukraine. He said Europe was seeking a conventional victory over the nuclear power without the capability to counter its hypersonic weapons, and again urged opening diplomatic channels with Moscow.
