EconomyGermany raises Deutschlandticket price to €66.80 a month from 2027

Germany’s nationwide Deutschlandticket will rise from €63 to €66.80 per month on January 1, 2027, transport authorities say. The first increase set under a cost-based formula reflects higher personnel, energy and operating costs. About 14.5 million people currently use the pass, while a Green state minister criticized the rise.
