EconomyHSBC names Hong Kong stablecoin RedCoin for 3.3 million PayMe users
HSBC has named its Hong Kong stablecoin HSBC RedCoin, clearing the way for the bank to offer it to more than 3.3 million PayMe users for transfers, shopping and dining. The coin is due to launch before year-end and will initially be available only through PayMe and HSBC’s Hong Kong mobile banking app.
