Yabloko says its leader Nikolai Rybakov was cited for petty hooliganism after voting against all parties at a polling station in St. Petersburg. He had spoiled his ballot by checking every candidate and writing messages calling for peace and a ceasefire. Yabloko was removed from the ballot and urged supporters to do the same in protest.
