UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin launched a blistering attack on FIFA President Gianni Infantino over his abandoned FIFA Forward Enterprise proposal. The plan would have let private investors buy up to 20 percent of a FIFA-controlled commercial entity holding rights to major competitions. Ceferin said labels such as “development”, “democratisation” and “consultation” could not disguise secrecy, exclusion and the sale of football’s future.
