WorldCSTO exercise participants to practice containing border armed conflict
The CSTO Collective Rapid Reaction Forces have begun planning a joint operation to contain a cross-border armed conflict during the Interaction 2026 exercise at Russia’s Chebarkul training ground, the Russian Defense Ministry said. Around 2,000 personnel and 350 weapons and military and specialized vehicles are taking part, with contingents from five CSTO states.
