The Bank of Russia said foreign investment accounted for 3.2% of Russian federal loan bonds, or OFZs, as of September 1, 2026, up from 3.1% a month earlier but below 3.8% a year ago. Nonresidents held OFZs with a par value of 1.048 trillion rubles, or $12.5 billion.
