Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said Minsk wants to work with Russia on developing aircraft manufacturing. He said Belarus has the expertise and industrial base to supply components and assemblies, and is ready to move from aircraft maintenance toward joint production, including the Osvey aircraft project.
