Hong Kong companies are behind their mainland Chinese counterparts in adopting artificial intelligence, as legacy systems and a risk-averse corporate culture hinder the city’s digital transition, Accenture executive Robert Hah said. Just 10% of surveyed Hong Kong firms had integrated generative AI across multiple functions, versus about 21% on the mainland.
