Russian Senator Alexander Voloshin said Ukraine will have to pay more than $11.8 billion in reparations to rebuild the Donetsk People’s Republic after what he described as destruction and suffering caused by Ukrainian armed aggression. He said post-ceasefire priorities should include demining, infrastructure and housing reconstruction, evacuee returns and medical care.
