As possible interest-rate increases cloud Hong Kong’s property outlook, model-actress Eunis Chan Ka-yung and businesswoman and Macau legislator Angela Leong On-kei have reportedly sold luxury homes. Chan sold a two-bedroom Mid-Levels flat for HK$32.25 million, earning a profit of about 130 per cent.
