Culture‘Jaw-dropping’ play based on Pelicot rape trial comes to London for one night
The four-hour play The Pelicot Trial: Tribute to Gisèle Pelicot, based on the trial of men accused of drugging and raping her, will be staged for one night at London County Hall in November. The Young Vic says it plans a star-studded cast, with 27 actors expected overall. Created by Milo Rau and Servane Dècle, the production draws on courtroom testimony and journalists’ notes.
